I have taken two Zumba classes here and I.AM.HOOKED! Both Alicia and Micos classes were great! They are energetic, encouraging and balls of energy! I especially love that they mix in modern day music so you are not listening to Latin the entire time. You get a burst of energy when one of your fav songs comes on! Thanks for the fun yet butt kicking calorie burning workout guys, you'll see me back weekly!
I'm going on 6 weeks at Studio Thrive. I've taken Zumba for the past 3 years at different studios, however Studio Thrive has some of the BEST Zumba instructors I've ever experienced! All of them are top notch, high energy, easy to follow, happy, professional and have their own natural style. All very unique in how they teach!
