I did 8 classes there and wanted to wait to write this review. This is a great place to go if you want to do a different kind of workout, and the instructors are so kind and will work with you to try and get your body to click with the moves. I'm so partial to Jasmaen and Whitney for the instructors, but I had them the most. They're both amazing and really try to work with you during the class. I was so nervous the first class I attended and from the moment I walked in I felt so encouraged, accepted, and supported. Shelby has been such an amazing instructor. She truly cares that you are learning the correct form, growing with your practice, and that she cheers you on everytime you absolutely NAIL a move. I've never felt more empowered than when I am here being cheered on by a group of ladies who simply wanna dance and feel beautiful together. I recently had my first beginner pole class and had a wonderful time. The instructor was very nice, and the studio is lovely. I will be returning for more classes!

They don’t answer the phone at all. I booked a class but had an emergency. Called for days for a refund or to use what I paid for a new session.
