Such a wonderful experience at Synergy Pole Fitness! I took the Beginner Pole Dance class and I'm not a dancer and had zero experience going in, but I was excited to try something new. Daniella made everyone feel right at home and was great at explaining each move. By the end of class I was confident and genuinely proud of what I was able to learn in such a short time. What a workout! I had so much fun and definitely underestimated how much strength pole fitness takes. Daniella was a great teacher. She was so patient, encouraging, and made it feel much less intimidating. I’ll definitely be back!
I did 8 classes there and wanted to wait to write this review. This is a great place to go if you want to do a different kind of workout, and the instructors are so kind and will work with you to try and get your body to click with the moves. I'm so partial to Jasmaen and Whitney for the instructors, but I had them the most. They're both amazing and really try to work with you during the class. I was so nervous the first class I attended and from the moment I walked in I felt so encouraged, accepted, and supported. Shelby has been such an amazing instructor. She truly cares that you are learning the correct form, growing with your practice, and that she cheers you on everytime you absolutely NAIL a move. I've never felt more empowered than when I am here being cheered on by a group of ladies who simply wanna dance and feel beautiful together. I recently had my first beginner pole class and had a wonderful time. The instructor was very nice, and the studio is lovely. I will be returning for more classes!
