Great hair stylist and great service on waxing also ! Friendly and great customer service ! Always excited to go there
Mixed experience. The waxing services are excellent, and the hair stylists are friendly. The salon itself is clean and welcoming, and most customers I saw during my visit seemed very happy. Unfortunately, my personal experience with the hair service was disappointing. After working hard to grow out my hair for years, it was badly damaged during my appointment—to the point of breakage. I was told they could get me in at 10am. I have two kids so I had a family member watch them so I could get my hair cut. I get there and they tell me they are busy with someone else and go come back at 11… this is so unprofessional. This place is a joke don’t waste your time, especially if you don’t have a lot of time.
