Had such a great experience, got checked in and back to my room quickly. The front desk staff were nice and my massage therapist was awesome, if you go ask for Megan!
I had a great experience at this salon! I called the front desk and was able to get an appointment the very next day, which was amazing. Karson was an absolute joy such a friendly, easygoing conversationalist who made me feel comfortable right away. They’re also a very skilled stylist and took their time with my hair; I never once felt rushed. I left feeling so happy with the results and will definitely be back.
Today I had a waxing appointment with Maura, and she was amazing! A total perfectionist, and she was very personable. She did a great job of distracting me with good conversation during the waxing session. Normally when I get home from waxing I’ll find patches of hair that got missed, but she didn’t miss any! She will be my go-to girl for waxing for as long as I live in the Lynchburg area! Highly recommend!
I wanted to work with the salon to have my hair styled for my wedding. They sent me a brochure spelling out their prices, including travel fees/etc. It seemed within my budget and I booked the trial (which cost the same amount as the day of the wedding, but I was prepared for that per their brochure). I had the trial completed and was satisfied with the results, so I confirmed to be booked for my wedding. Historically, I had good experiences here. I've had cuts, pedicures and waxing-without issue. This week I booked a cut & color online with Hailey. Today it snowed and I was waiting to see if my appointment was going to get canceled. I received no phone call but before I was about to drive in the snow, I wanted to be sure there were no issues-so I called them. Lady who answered was very nice. She explained that I was not on the schedule because the stylist couldn't get out of her driveway and the stylist blacked out her day. ... read more
