I wish I could give it 5 stars, but unfortunately they weren't open during their hours of operation, they waited to cancel my appointment until after I had contacted them & had already arrived through an uber, & was standing in the rain. Thanks for making me waste $50. Edited to add: They had my number, which was given during their extensive process online to set up said appointment.

Safe for LGBTQ but apparently not for people of color, I was expecting a pretty accepting place, until I found out the person doing my hair has said awful things about people of color online, I was completely confused on why this person would make such racist comments under tiktok’s because they seemed so accepting online and in person. I hope the team can get to the bottom of why they would do this. Otherwise my hair was done nicely.
