Sad and Disappointed!!! I have to join the group of people that are boycotting studio square. It is such bad move to charge people to watch a game. I will not be going to this place for the remaining of the work cup and will consider other options when i want to go to a beer garden. It is EXTREMELY disappointing because i enjoyed this space. i HATE the fact that they take advantage of the circumstances. I left with a very bad feeling with this place. Very sad!
New location for The world Cup Games is melrose Ballroom. Just around The córner From Beer Garden. No charge! We've Been going to beer garden (studio square) for Years and to think they are charging $40 at The door is beyond discusting. If they wanted to lose falthful patrons they succeeded. horrible place to go for the world cup games, first there's the 25 dollar cover, then they got rid of the benches for people to sit and replaced them with random barrels, on top of that there's a "VIP section" where you have to pay an extra 25 bucks just so you can sit down and have a beer, when my friend got on my friends shoulders to start the "I believe" chant, he was threatened by security to get kicked out, then they got rid of pitchers for games and had the nerve to charge 12 bucks for a beer.
