Dr Nguyen and team are excellent!
Dr. Nguyen is very nice and skilled. Her staff is nice as well. I appreciate that their outreach and communication has minimal soliciting; they let me set my schedule and visits with no pressure or insistence.
My daughter and I had an 11:00 AM appointment and weren’t seen until nearly 3:00 PM. In that time, we watched three families come in, receive treatment, and leave—while we were left waiting with zero communication. When we were finally called, the entire procedure was rushed and finished in under 15 minutes. Not one apology. Not one explanation. What followed was even worse.
