I went to the location in Independence Mall and received GREAT service from everyone I interacted with. They answered all my stupid questions and the piercing specialist, Roy, was very attentive and experienced. I'll request him individually next time. They couldn't have did any better.
I've had 3 piercings done here. Two by Michael Marinelli. Great shops... clean, well layed out, great selection of jewelry! Michael is fantastic-- quick and clean! I won't go anywhere else!!!
Just came home with my newly pierced ears @college rd store. Very clean and neat store. Makes you feel comfortable. Michael is a very nice person. He told me everything I need to know about the piercing and how to take care of it. I definetly recommend that store if you want a piercing done right!
Very nice and friendly staff and knowledgeable owning my own shop in NY so I had high expectations and they exceeded them did get anything pierced but had them change my dermal tops and bought some other stuff highly recommended go see my dude Roy hes a beast 🤟😈🤟
I absolutely LOVE my new nose and conch piercings!!! I was beyond impressed with the cleanliness, service and skill! Michael Marinelli was amazing! I was nervous about getting my inner conch pierced, but he was so quick that I barely felt it! I had my piercings done a week ago and they’re healing beautifully...no redness and only slightly tender on the conch. The jewelry selection is the best I’ve ever seen in a shop and it’s top quality!
