A warm and inviting setting with counselors who they themselves have experienced the loss of a loved one. This truly gave the group the ability to be raw with their own grief and sharing it. My recent loss brought back so many other things that had caused me grief from the past. It was so easy to share with the group without being judged and to know they were listening. Hearing from the entire group made me feel I was not on this journey alone.

Not sure what I can say but that the Studio Saudade Grief and Trauma Support group was the best thing that I could have done for myself. The support and love was genuine. They fully understood the trauma and addressed everything I needed for the grief that followed. I felt the load taken off my shoulders, and sharing with others in the same emotions was more liberating than I would ever have thought. Highly recommend.
