Like many of their competitors, they have not responded to my communication since Monday. If you have no suite availability, you should mention this on your voicemail greeting rather than direct people to text. If your waitlist is full, that should also be mentioned. This will help cut down on follow-up. But, ignoring incoming requests is wildly unprofessional. While suites are designed for independence, this leads me to believe there is a lack of support from management.
