Love her! Definitely one of the best in the valley
I went to Studio S Color and Blonding in Hyrum yesterday because Shannon was highly recommended to me by quite a few people. I've been wanting to go blonde for over 2 years now but haven't had the best luck in finding someone in the valley who really knows what they're doing so I stayed waiting.
