Upon arrival, the room was not properly cleaned. There were food stains in the kitchen, mold on the shower curtain, a dirty washcloth left in the shower, and the pull-out sofa bed was not usable. Because refunds are not offered after check-in, I had to thoroughly clean and sanitize the room myself. While doing so, I discovered the dishwasher did not work. Eh. Very old looking. The microwave is rusted and dated, as well as the other appliances. The pullout couch's leather is torn. Also, no blankets provided for the pullout bed. Supposedly they offer free breakfast, but I'll see what kind of breakfast is actually offered in the morning. OK for an extreme budget and a very short stay. I'm only in it for the night.
The room was clean and the front desk staff was very nice.
This Extended Stay America, had great staff The rooms are clean as well as hallways, and the foyer it smells clean upon entrance.
