I DO NOT RECOMMEND If i could give this place no stars I would. I booked two queen size rooms in February. They took the money out cool. We are traveling from ohio I wanted to make sure we had a place to lay our heads after driving 9 hours. I called them the day before to make sure our reservation was good to go and that my son could check in without me. They said everything was good to go. My son arrived at 9pm. Nasty rooms the carpet was filthy! And very expensive
I had a booking at the Extended Stay America Suites in Raleigh (921 Wake Towne Drive) - check-in on 2/16 and checkout on 2/17. I was told upon checking in that the $100 was a deposit plus we had a small dog which was also charged to my card (26.81). When I'm looking at my statement the $126.81 cleared and I also still have another charge from Agoda for the stay. My total should have been $82.26 + pet fee of $26.81 equaling $109.07 and the amount I was charged is $126.81 and another charge for the original booking $82.26 has ... read more
