Upon arrival, the room was not properly cleaned. There were food stains in the kitchen, mold on the shower curtain, a dirty washcloth left in the shower, and the pull-out sofa bed was not usable. Because refunds are not offered after check-in, I had to thoroughly clean and sanitize the room myself. While doing so, I discovered the dishwasher did not work. ☆☆☆☆ If you enjoy the smell of dog kennels, then this hotel might be for you. I’ve never stayed anywhere where I had to hold my breath just to walk inside. The odor was overwhelming and honestly repulsive. Dogs were barking throughout the hallways, and it felt less like a hotel and more like being in the middle of a dog shelter. The only thing positive is great location for conveinces and the evening front desk staff member was friendly, informative and very helpful. The manager did allow me to end my stay early and did offer a refund for those cancelled days but no partial refund was offered for all of the inadequacies so I was forced to dispute the charge with my credit card company for failing to provide services as advertised. Wouldn't recommend. The room smelled off and the toilet kept running. The breakfast was very limited, I cannot find anything to eat
