The employees have great customer service
Never ever ever again. We were looking for a place to stay that offered a small kitchen. This hotel is a train wreck. It's old, dirty, unkept, and smells of cigarettes. There is NO hair dryer, NOT one thing in the kitchen, not a fork, knife, or napkin. no coffee maker, (when we finally got one it still had someones old filter inside). The last persons trash was in the room and we asked 4 times to have it removed, 2 days later I finally did it myself. A woman was screaming for help at 3 am. My stay here has been by far the best, rooms are clean, the hotel is quiet. Front desk stay is always pleasant especially Jessica she has a wonderful personality and awesome customer service skills.
I love this hotel so clean and night staff is amazing!!!!
