Booked a one bedroom stay and had a late check in. The front desk was closed and couldn’t get anyone to open the door for 20 minutes. Then after I got someone on the phone, they were blunt and said they didn’t have anymore single bedrooms left so I’d have to get a double and be charged an extra $30

Literally killed 5 roaches in the first night, and when I asked to cancel the rest of the stay, I was rudely refused. The only good thing was the location
The service was exceptional. The ladies working at this hotel are class acts! I am so sad they have to work in such terrible conditions and probably deal with a lot of angry people. The bed was comfortable. That’s where the positivity stops. When we pulled into the hotel after a long day of traveling, we were exhausted, then disgusted, once we walked into the room.
