Unsafe living environment, there was always cops or sled there
My online reservation was accepted after 7pm as the site promised ability for late check-in. But on confirmation I learned the front desk isn't staffed after 7pm. I was not able to check in. I later disputed my charge and they refused to issue a refund.
My husband came up Tuesday to get our daughter a room. Her friend was coming in Wednesday morning. We'll Thursday she took him to the zoo when they got back all the stuff was thrown out the room. Now we got the room from Tuesday to Sat morning. Ask them why was stuff was thrown out and they said have look at camera. This place is a joke.
