Full body workout in a clean studio with trained instructors! Several classes to choose from everyday including Saturday and Sunday. A variety of class types and a variety of classes instructors let you pick what’s best for you on your own schedule. Chris, the owner, is hands on and has great communication with the students and instructors. This is definitely my favorite place for a hard fun workout!
Dom is a talented and a great instructor. I also teach Lagree and just love how her instruction flowed! Highly recommend! I’ll be back!
Classes are always super challenging, and there's definitely a diverse group of people in each class. In my experience, those who come here regularly are really welcoming. Just as an FYI: It took me a number of classes to sort of passively learn the movement names, but if you've ever been to SLT (or Solidcore), it's the same/ carries over.
Amanda was absolutely amazing! Such clear instruction and personalized corrections on form to ensure everyone had a great experience. The music was great, the workout was killer, and I will definitely be back!
Would give it 10 stars if I could, great instructor's (Doms washboard Wednesday) , great atmosphere , great place
