Well I wouldn't recommend booking with Julie, she is unreliable & comes across as a space cadet. My 10year old has been patiently waiting to get a trim and highlights only to be stood up by the "hair dresser". If you don't style or cut hair are you actually a hairdresser? So disappointed
I booked an appointment last week with a girl named Julie. I thought everything was good. I get a text a few days later saying we need to reschedule because she thought the date was wrong (done head)... Fast forward to the big day, my daughter is so excited. Well she's a no show and won't answer the phone! What a disappointment! Luckily the hairdresser across the street was able to turn this horror show into an amazing opportunity. Needless to say Phase 2 is a no go for me from now on!
