Nice location, cute salon, but unfortunately the experience has drastically declined. Having followed them from the beginning, extremely long wait times, distracted styling, and less communication led me to find another location. After waiting 40 minutes and leaving, without any explanation - I knew it was time to move on.
Tonight was my first haircut with Laura at Studio Pear. It had been a while since my last cut, and Laura put me at ease immediately by asking questions about what I envisioned and what I was comfortable with, showing zero judgment and lots of compassion. The studio itself is super cute, comfy and clean. Everyone working there was so kind and took their time making sure that I was comfortable, even as the last appointment of the day.
