Cannot get a hold of anyone! My son has his braces now 4 years! Impossible to get a hold of anyone to get out of this nightmare. Have left emails, messages and messages on the emergency number. How is it no one calls back? We just need his braces removed.
Tell you about my visit! You cannot get a visit. We have been clients of Dr Gilmore for about 3 years now. There’s no customer service!!!! No one will call you back and when they do they have an attitude. It seems that they take your money and are great for about 3 or 4 months. Then you cannot get anyone I mean anyone to tell you how your children’s treatment is going . Then it will be 2 months before you can get another appointment. RIDICULOUS!!!! I just want this nightmare to be over.
My treatment was longer than stated in the contract. With minor issues I was supposed to be in braces for 14 months and 2 years later I was still in them! I’ve had braces before so my condition was not that bad to be in treatment for longer than he told me! He clearly prolonged the treatment. His staff are incompetent. Highly recommend. I had my braces here as an adult and have been through treatment with my children. Always a quick processing time in office. Shelly and Raul have always made us feel welcome and cared for. All the staff is very Friendly and knowledgeable. They truly make the picture perfect smile.
Professional & courteous service
I wish I can switch to a different place but I will end up paying a lot more for the switch. I would not recommend this place to my friends or family. In fact, I did recommend my coworker to this place but quickly told her that I regret it. I promise that you can get better service at another place. To the office and staff, please focus on the quality instead of quantity.
Dr. Gilmore is very knowledgeable and will answer any orthodontics question that you may have. He makes you feel very comfortable and I would recommend him to any kid or adult.
Very friendly, kind and caring
I've had a wonderful experience here and the staff is wonderful, they always make sure your satisfied with their services. They did such a fabulous job with my teeth that I started bringing my teenage daughter here for orthodontic treatment. They truly make you have a beautiful smile!
