I went to Studio Optics with my son who was home from Virginia today. It was very crowded and the place was so small. The woman at the desk, I don't know her name, set a tone and put a very sour taste in my mouth. But then...we were lucky enough to have Emily take care of us. Emily went above and beyond for us. She was so personable and helpful, it changed my original thought about walking out and heading to For Eyes. Thank you Emily, you need to be recognized for how wonderful you were!!
I am so impressed with this place! I needed to get glasses that were in-network with my insurance company and Studio Optics (in Framingham) worked with me over the phone, helped me figure out my sizing despite me forgetting my prescription, and knew me by name when I called to check in.
Have had great service and the products are excellent. Love the Doc, she's great
