Hair cut has been fine in the past but the lady i normally see is very slow and talks more than cuts. I liked her hair service and went to her a few times in the past with a fair result, but after the last time waiting ten minutes past my appointment time, with her knowing I had been there on time and also early, and then seeing her looking at a client's phone and chatting up her overtime client while I had been waiting early for my appointment and 10 minutes past, I'm going to try a new place next time. I’ve been coming here for several years. Shanan is amazing with color. The salon atmosphere is welcoming and relaxing (love the recent upgrades!). Everyone who works here are lovely people and very talented. They have a lot of long term loyal customers for a reason. And I love that they use Aveda products. You get a high-end experience at very reasonable prices here. Highly recommend Studio One to anyone searching for a new salon.
I had a lovely first experience at Studio One Hair! Shanan gave me a great haircut, and I appreciated her patience in figuring out a length that would work well for me. I enjoyed the experience, the comfortable environment, and chatting together. Just what I had hoped for in trying out a hair salon in Twin Falls!
