Great experience- we came here for a bridal party spa day prior to my friends wedding and it was great. Very calming and beautiful atmosphere, beauticians were very friendly and were helpful and organized. It was very easy to book and they totally understood that we were there for a bridal party event.
Our bachelorette party spent about five hours at the spa today, and while there were some positives, the experience was unfortunately very mixed. The staff was friendly and welcoming, and the facility itself was relaxing. We appreciated the effort that went into accommodating a larger group. However, the traditional massage experience left several members of our party disappointed. Four to five women received massages from a therapist, and the feedback was remarkably consistent. Had a wonderful facial with Maggie, top notch!! But a very disappointed experience with Kelly, the “massage therapist.” She seemed clueless, and after trying to engage me in conversation, she finally gave up and gave me one of the worst massages I’ve ever had. And I’ve had a lot of them. She just seemed so, angry, bitter and stressed. Do better! I will not be a return customer!
Fiancé had her trial run for hair/makeup for our upcoming wedding. Absolutely nailed it! I got to sit in a massage lounger and take a nap! Great place!
