I made an appointment with Nicole for a trim and to refresh my current highlights and low lights that I had been getting from my previous stylist, that had left her salon and was MIA. I showed Nicole pictures and told her I just wanted highlights and low lights to blend my salt and pepper gray just as I had been getting for two years.
