I never have a problem getting an appointment and my hair is always to my satisfaction. I am pleased with the atmosphere in the studio and find my stylist quite personable and anxious to please.
I went in on a Friday afternoon, sat down, and then waited 15 minutes for someone to greet me or ask if they could help. No one did. The very next week, my wife went in there to get a tan, and the very same thing happened to her. Terrible, terrible customer service.
