This is the worst building in Toronto. DO NOT MOVE HERE. There was a minor flood in the building (mishandled by management) which seems to have been fixed or almost fixed, and now the concierge / security has gotten used to telling RESIDENTS they are not allowed to use the lobby. You MUST WALK TO THE 2nd floor, up two flights of stairs, everytime you enter / leave the building. Seemed like a good place initially. But the maintenance mishandled a water leak on the 4th floor a few days ago, and it flooded three floors below badly, and led to shutting down: AC, elevators, lobby, mail room, package delivery, hot water, gym. It's been 4 days: the gym and the lobby are indefinitely closed, only one elevator in service, no grocery deliveries. I haven't seen anything like that living in high-rises for 35 years. And I've lived through a fair number of water leaks.
