Cancelled our appointment the day off for a family emergency and said she’d reschedule. Which is fine, these things happen. Next day, we’re calling to follow up, Tunisia’s number is disconnected and we haven’t heard back. I found this incredibly disappointing and frustrating since my wife is due in a few days and rescheduling won’t be possible. Hope you have a better experience than we did. My wife recommended this place to me after she tried out a few others in the area. She said "this is the place" and I can see why. It's clean, the vibe is comfortable and zen; Tunisia is very knowledgeable, friendly and easy to talk to. She definitely helped relieve long stored muscle tightness and eliminated muscle knots. I left my first appointment with her not only relieved but also informed. I look forward to the next visit.
I booked a massage here a month in advance and on the morning of my massage I got a text cancelling. I was advised that she needed to be with a laboring mother which is totally understandable but that was 3 days ago and there has been no follow up on my cancellation and nothing has been done to rectify the situation. I am pregnant and was looking forward to my massage since I’ve been very uncomfortable and didn’t even get a call back to reschedule. It’s very unprofessional and I would not recommend.
If you are looking to feel better walking out than walking in Tunisia will take care of you.
