Great service
A beautiful and cozy beauty oasis in Yorkville. The studio is thoughtfully designed with soft colors and a very welcoming atmosphere—you can really feel the care in every detail. I had an EvolveX treatment with Marcela, and she was wonderful—very professional, knowledgeable, and explained each step clearly. I felt so comfortable and at ease ( nap included) Highly recommend, and I’m already looking forward to my next visit. Thank you!
I made an appointment and have been calling to get more info thats not listed on the website.Two days now no answer,no response.Doesnt look good for the business.
I saw an ad on Instagram and submitted my number for more info & immediately regretted it… I got multiple calls back to back, texts and voicemails all in the same day way too aggressive for my liking. Even after saying I was no longer interested, they continued contacting me until I had to block the number. Businesses need to understand that this level of constant contact doesn’t make people book, it just annoys them. It’s giving harassment is the new marketing tactic

Her professionalism really stands out; she explained every step, checked in often, and made sure the whole experience felt personalized and gentle and worth it.
