So thankful for Studio Noir! My hair was in desperate need of a haircut and I began following this salon on Instagram through a friend of mine. My friend has amazing highlights (she gets a color and cut at Studio Noir). When I saw they were opening in Phase two in NY I decided to reach out to Stephanie the owner. I won’t let anyone else touch my hair! Stephanie does an amazing job whether it’s a cut, color or balayage! I use to never be happy with my hair and jump from stylist to stylist until I found Stephanie! Her place is so welcoming and clean! I definitely recommend 10/10
