Every class there leaves me with more agility, balance, and freedom of movement –and also awakens both focus and fun. I feel so lucky that we have Studio Nia here in Santa Fe and appreciate all that the studio's community brings to my life!

Studio Nia is an incredible place that is a crown jewel in the mosaic that is Santa Fe. So much more than just an exercise class, it is a welcoming, friendly atmosphere that is truly a community where you can dance like no one is watching and enjoy a true Body-Mind-Spirit integration.
