Anyone looking to improve their fitness and bring more joy to their life should visit Studio Nia. Every class there leaves me with more agility, balance, and freedom of movement –and also awakens both focus and fun. I feel so lucky that we have Studio Nia here in Santa Fe and appreciate all that the studio's community brings to my life!

I love Studio Nia. The low impact dancing, great music and wonderful teachers are just what I needed to help me heal from a personal tragedy. It feels good to move my body and spirit.
