I went in today to get my nails done. I always use Tommy (he's awesome) but he wasn't there today. I asked the girls if one of them can do it. They refused. Apparently, I like to talk to much, and im too picky!! YES, IM PICKY WHEN IM SPENDING 50+ $. I wont go back. Those girls are horrible.
Walked in and asked for a refill of pink and white acrylic. The lady trimmed my nails, grabbed cuticle cutters and started ripping them off. When I asked what she was doing she said she can’t refill them, she has to remove the old ones and do a new set. Understandable except that she was literally prying them off my nails causing a lot of pain and damage to my natural nail. 4 fingers in a new lady came to take over.
