I had such a great experience at this salon! The space was super clean and organized, which immediately made me feel comfortable. My nails turned out AMAZING. The attention to detail was spot on! I’ve gotten so many compliments already :) On top of that, the prices are very reasonable for the quality you get. I will be back!
If posting without a star was possible, there would be NONE!!!! It’s the absolutely WOR$T mani-pedi experience I’ve had for quite some time! She didn’t change gloves between clients until I checked her on it, outside of gel or regular, didn’t ask what I wanted I.e. cut/trim, file nails, etc, when I asked for a nail trim, the reply was oh I thought … (whatever, I stopped listening, because what happened to asking)and was pinched to boot, fortunately no bleeding. I had the best experience here! The owner and staff all greeted me and were extremely welcoming. Kim did an excellent job with my nails and design. She was kind, patient, listened to all my needs, and gave me exactly what I wanted. Would definitely come back and recommend!
