The Studio Motel is a hidden gem in Lake George. Less than a mile from the Lake George waterfront, it’s on a quiet road that provides you with easy access to the busy village, but away from the hustle and bustle. There appear to be different room options available, and the owners respected our request for a quiet room, so our accommodations were at a duplex cabin (#15), where we shared a wall with just one room. room had some kind of curse cast on it that made the bathroom never dry so every towel in the room was wet the entire trip. my sheets also had crumbs, grass and stains on them
Just perfection. Immaculate, efficient, spacious rooms were exactly what we needed for quick breaks between activities and meals. Plenty of room for fold out crib and luggage, extra sink in utility/mini-kitchen area was a plus and we got to enjoy the beautifully maintained pool with baby each day. This ended up being much more convenient for us than packing up car to hit the beach, but the lake was sooo close.
