I was told they know how do do a perm. Well, definitely they do not. And I told the hairdresser that whatever she is doing doesn't look right. Obviously she said she knows what she is doing, just for it to turn out she really didn't. This curl was already not even visible when she removed the rods. For perms I would not recommend going there
