I took a Pilates stretch class this morning and left feeling so invigorated. I love the variety of classes and small class size with individual attention when you need it.

I have been taking classes at this Studio for over 2 years. People are so nice and the instructors are excellent. All different level classes and each instructor is great. Come and try a class you will be so happy you did.
