Mel is a great stylist and I always feel like a new person after getting my hair cut here! Would highly recommend!
Mel is great! Happy to find a convenient upscale hair salon right in my neighborhood. This place is always clean and due it's small size, it feels like you are getting very individualized attention without all the hussle and bustle of larger salons. I am pretty picky about my hair and Mel always gets the color right. I went back to a salon in JP last summer due to badly needing a haircut and not being able to book an appointment in time, and really regretted my decision. Went here twice. Each time Mel was unable to get my hair to the desired color /shade that I requested. The first time I still liked the color even though it wasn't as light as I wanted, so I decided to give her a second chance. The second time I came, she took another client who was very late during my time slot. She didn't ask me if this was ok until after she started trimming the woman's hair and this resulted in me having to wait longer, my appointment being shortened, and thus the time product was in my hair which direct... read more
