I trusted Palak with my hair after it had been damaged by box dye, and she absolutely delivered! I came in wanting a balayage and she worked her magic, the transformation was amazing . She took her time, explained everything, and made sure my hair stayed healthy while getting the perfect tone. She even styled it exactly how I wanted, and I left feeling so confident.
