My first appointment with Nickie was in January 2025 for a consultation. She took the time to understand my hair needs and gave me a full service — wash, deep conditioning, blow dry, trim, and silk press. I have 4B–4C hair, and she handled it with such care and skill. Since going to her, my hair has improved so much — my ends are noticeably healthier, my hair feels softer, and it looks more vibrant. Bonnie did my hair and it was the best salon experience I’ve had. She took her time and made sure to check in with me at every step to make sure I am pleased and comfortable. Every stylist also was very kind and sweet. I enjoyed conversations with everyone. It was a clean salon and they played music as well. Bonnie also provided me tips on how to maintain my hairstyle and also how to improve the health of my hair

Highly recommend this place especially if it’s your first time, all the staff was very nice and welcoming, Ma’kayla was my stylist she was very sweet and nice also very knowledgeable, all the girls made my experience amazing, definitely will be coming back again

I absolutely loved my experience! I traveled 4 hours to come to Studio Lux! I had the pleasure of being serviced by Mrs. Ronnita and I had a wonderful experience. The shop is clean, the staff are talented and friendly, the atmosphere was warm and it felt luxurious. Overall 10/10 and I will be flying back in a few months to continue my hair care journey. Absolutely obsessed with my silk press! Ms.Latajah was professional, gentle, and extremely knowledgeable about hair care. My hair came out bone straight, bouncy, and full of shine with no heat damage. She took her time, explained everything she was doing, and made sure I was comfortable the entire appointment. This is hands down the best silk press I’ve ever had — I will definitely be coming back and recommending her to everyone!
