I am a new client with Jasmere, and unfortunately, my experience today was very disappointing. I had an appointment at 4:00 for a wash, blow dry, and press. I was running a few minutes behind and called the salon three times (at 4:01, 4:02, and 4:06) but couldn’t get through to anyone. I was very anxious with getting my hair cut due to bad experiences in the past but my stylist made me feel beautiful. They ask questions for your hair care and even about your allergies wanting the best care for you. This is going to be my go-to salon from now on. thank you lush
