I usually sit in Dani’s chair when I come to get a silk press. But my last visit she was booked. I went with Autumn and she burned my hair really bad. I’m a loose natural and she completely destroyed my curl pattern. I’m really devastated about it. I haven’t had heat damage in my hair this significant in a decade. Down there are before and after pictures. My hair is destroyed. I’m beyond upset.

**UPDATE** The owner, Jas, reached out to me by phone asking me what happened. After I told her she explained that there was a mix up in communication due to the receptionist still being new. Jas went on to offer to refund my deposit and apologized for the inconvenience of it all which I greatly appreciated. ** I booked a color service at the salon a week and a half out. I booked a color service at the salon a week and a half out. I placed my deposit, as was required, and at no point did anyone tell me the deposit was non-refundable. I called to cancel my appointment 4 days before the service because I found someone closer to where I live (1½ hours away). When I asked if my deposit to be refunded the receptionist said she had to check.
