The gym is simply the best! The best staff, classes, instructors and more! Love the inclusive, welcoming atmosphere that accepts everyone, but still encourages you to sweatttttt.
Really nice gym. Beautiful decor, the machines are always clean, the building layout makes working out a lot less boring. There is usually parking out back.
Amazing instructors, facility and owner
The gym as a whole is great; clean and staff are friendly. I enjoy the different instructors for kickboxing and all of their different styles. The only thing I would ask be changed is to increase more kickboxing classes in the morning (8am) and possibly another afternoon option between 12-4 during the week. I would love a stair step machine in the cardio/weight room as well.
