I booked an all-over color and haircut with Danyhelle. I was very clear going into the appointment that I was unhappy with my current color, which I had been maintaining myself with Madison Reed 3.5, and that I wanted a richer, warmer brown because my hair was looking dull and flat from years of getting a neutral 4N. It’s always nerve-wracking finding a hair stylist in a new city, but this is IT! Samantha did a fabulous job on my hair! It turned out even better than I hoped. She was so personable & easy to talk with, too. A great experience all around.
Sam O’Connor was the first person I truly trusted with my very dark, thick hair.The inspiration was a ginger/copper color while protecting hair health and she did not disappoint! She makes the extra effort to communicate all steps of the appointment while recommending what she thinks would be best for my hair, willing to collaborate ideas. I had my hair toned and washed today by Dahnyelle and it was awesome! They use high quality products, their shampoo bowls are comfy, my hair looks & smells AMAZING. All the girls in the salon were welcoming and fun! I honestly had a blast getting my hair done here! 10/10!
I just moved to Oak Harbor so this was my first time at Studio LaRue and I saw Sam O’Connor. I had a lot of split and dry ends and my hair needed serious help. Sam was awesome and followed my very vague instructions of “make it look good” and “old money”. I love the cut and Sam was so sweet. The salon is very pretty and clean and it’s in a perfect location. Highly recommend!
