I came in here to get my hair colored. They do not know how to do hair. They did not give me what I wanted. They left the bleach on my hair for too long. When they were washing my hair, water kept falling on my face and ears. They were careless and not attentive. The color kept getting on my face. It was all over my hands. I went to this Studio L.A beauty salon for a manicure and pedicure, including powder gel nails. During the pedicure, they cut my feet badly, and I was bleeding a lot. The next day, the pain and swelling got worse, so I had to go to urgent care. The doctor gave me antibiotic ointment and oral antibiotics to treat the injury. Horrible el lugar, poco profesionales, no le avisan a los clientes que cobran el 10% de fee cuando realiza pagos con tarjeta. me siento robada, ni los empleados saben que tipo de pagos se usan y cuanto se cobra, en mi poco conocimiento en NYC uno jamas puede cobrar 10% de fee con pagos que se hacen con una tarjeta debito, ni siquiera con tarjeta credito se puedo cobrar un fee tan alto, aparte de eso, uno deja el tip, paga las uñas y le cobran un 10% mas, son unos ladrones, no lo recomiendo, a no ser que quiera que lo roben. ... read more
