My sister decided to get her haircut here and they butchered this service. She had waist long hair and asked for very long layers, which the technician said yes she can do it. She then proceeded to chop off over 6 inches of her hair. She came home sobbing and in tears at paying $97 for an awful haircut service. DO NOT GET ANYTHING DONE HERE. They will absolutely ruin whatever service it is you're asking for.
They ruined my hair. I asked for long layers and came in with hair up to my waist. They literally cut HALF MY HAIR OFF. AFTER I REPEATEDLY SAID TO KEEP IT LONG. Terrible service. Poor communication. I will be demanding a refund.
