I was grateful that they were able to fit me in for a same-day appointment, and the stylist was very kind. Unfortunately, I was disappointed with the haircut itself. I scheduled a trim and even showed a reference photo with a straight line to demonstrate exactly how much I wanted taken off. The haircut took about two minutes from start to finish, which felt extremely rushed. What surprised me most was that my hair wasn’t sectioned at all.
