Good customer service and the barbershop is very clean.
Disappointed, especially since my first haircut with Kimberly was fantastic! I later made an appointment for color correction. She emailed me the morning of my appointment and said she had to cancel due to migraine, etc and that we could work together to reschedule. I deal with those myself so I completely understood and replied as such, also asking that she let me know a date/time that will work for her, as it can be hard to know when one will be feeling better.
