My fianc� and I worked with Oscar to create the engagement ring of my dreams, and what we created was beyond my wildest expectations. We looked at many design studios, and ultimately chose Oscar because he is an award winner designer who is very passionate about creating original pieces. I had such a lovely experience at Studio Jewellers! I’ve been meaning to restore one of my mum’s rings for quite some time, and I’m so glad I finally made the time to do it. I came in to get my $15 elastic bead bracelet re-strung. I was quoted $40 and an estimated wait time of 3 weeks. I thought that was insane but I let it go because the bracelet is sentimental to me. I left it with them and got in my car. After thinking for 2 minutes I walked back in and told them $40 is ridiculous and I’m either going to take it somewhere else or just re-string it myself. I met Oscar and Susan last Christmas when I was in to get something for my wife. It was my fist time into Studio Jewelers and I had heard about this store through word of mouth. Oscar and Susan were delightful to deal with and I left with a beautiful gold necklace for my wife. I asked if I could return the gift if my wife wanted something different. Susan said absolutely.
