I brought my wedding rings in to be resized. It took two tries but they eventually fit. This isn’t really a big deal, but I’m a little annoyed about it. I pick them up and they fit well but the diamond is loose. I call and they say “oh weird, they usually check for that. no problem, that’s a quick fix, bring them in”. Great. I bring them in, they fix it, and I leave with my ring. By the end of the day I noticed that where they’ve secured the diamond is jagged. Amazing customer service, fantastic work. I brought my engagement ring in because a different jeweller had retipped the claws and did a terrible job. Studio Jewellers fixed my ring and tightened some of the claws. All for a very reasonable price. I will definitely return! So nice!!

This is a top notch studio! Oscar is just lovely! He cared about the story behind my wedding ring, listened to what I was looking for, met our price point and created something spectacular for me to cherish forever. Our experience with him was excellent and I absolutely recommend him if you are looking to design a ring!!
