Susan and Oscar were able to create the most beautiful ring from my mother’s vintage cluster diamond ring. It is honestly more beautiful than I could have ever Imagined and I get many compliments on it. I honestly think it’s the most beautiful ring and that’s the true level of my satisfaction with their work!
I have so many pieces of jewelry from this studio! All very specials. Susan and Oscar are working as a team to make the most beautiful pieces. From rings to earrings to necklaces and pendant, bracelets, I have them all :) They also have pieces that are ready to buy. I bought the most amazing stones. Love it!
I brought my wedding rings in to be resized. It took two tries but they eventually fit. This isn’t really a big deal, but I’m a little annoyed about it. I pick them up and they fit well but the diamond is loose. I call and they say “oh weird, they usually check for that. no problem, that’s a quick fix, bring them in”. Great. I bring them in, they fix it, and I leave with my ring. By the end of the day I noticed that where they’ve secured the diamond is jagged. Amazing customer service, fantastic work. I brought my engagement ring in because a different jeweller had retipped the claws and did a terrible job. Studio Jewellers fixed my ring and tightened some of the claws. All for a very reasonable price. I will definitely return! So nice!!
