It's good price but becarfull to penalties and cafards also the shower and toilet isn't clean
Location was great you are in the middle of all the Bars, Resturants, Times Square and all the shopping your heart desires, but the room is deceiving. The linen was dirty looking and so was the shower. I would recommend for location only. Bring your own sheets and towels. We didn't sleep at all because the tenants upstairs party all night from 2:30AM - 8AM and all we heard was them stomping across the floor. If you bring children just be aware. Friendly staff. Perfect location. But the A side apartments are street facing and extremely noisy. We booked 3A and 4A, both were almost identical but 4A needs more TLC . 4A bathroom sink didn't drain fast enough, hot water from the shower took some time to heat up. Overall needs attention to detail but we are all happy with our stay there.
