Went to see Tess for a consultation. She was over a 1/2 hr behind. She never acknowledged us to let us know or say sorry for the wait. She was not friendly at all. She didn't talk to the client b4 me at all. Didn't seem interested in helping me with my challenging hair. I will not go back.
Amy did an amazing job my nails and she is such a delight to talk to! I will be booking all my nail needs with her ❤️
