Built a home with them in 2017, was built on time and to my plans and the communication was good, and all my questions were answered. after 8 years there is still no real issues or defects with my home, just regular maintenance and upkeep items. after sales service isn't really good, used covid as an excuse to never finish a few warranty related things and a few defects in workmanship, not a big deal, but just don't expect after sales service on warranty items.

Caution: My Experience with Studio Homes I strongly advise anyone considering Studio Homes to proceed with extreme caution. In my experience, they are highly unprofessional and unreliable. I built my first home with them, and what was promised to be a smooth process turned into a 16-month ordeal filled with broken promises and poor communication. I couldn’t be happier with the work done by Studio Homes. From start to finish, they guided me through every step of the process, offering expert advice and assisting me in customizing every detail to my vision. While the project did go past the initial deadline, the final result was absolutely worth the wait—magazine-worthy craftsmanship that exceeded my expectations. I'm looking forward to working with them again in the near future. Highly recommend!
