I had a very disappointing experience with this builder. Their team displayed an unprofeasional attitude and consistently made unrealistic promises regarding possession date. They were not transparent about the actual progress of the project, and possession was significantly delayed. Even after handover, the deficiencies covered under warranty have not been addressed, despite multiple email follow-ups. I would not recommend this builder based on my experience.
