I am disappointed by how my significant other was treated at this establishment. Although she rescheduled a few appointments, she always honored the new times and remained a loyal, paying client. Flexibility is important, especially for clients with demanding work schedules. Just got back from my first appointment with Jenna, and I cannot recommend her highly enough! She did an amazing job with my hair, listened to exactly what I was looking for, and also educated me about my hair, how to best take care of it, and how to style it. I’m so happy with the end result, and will be recommending her to everyone I know.
