Love this place! I've gone in for 2 consultation and a dye and im going back for extension in September. I'm already loving this place. I'm gonna be honest I've never gotten my hair done professionally before this place and I was really scared. But all the girls have been really nice and after Kristi dyed it on Friday I feel a lot better I am definitely in capable hands! Can't wait to see them again.
UPDATE AFTER THE SALON’S RESPONSE: I already disclosed in my original review that Studio H refunded $322 of the $362 charge, so that is not “missing context.” The salon’s response focuses on frizz, dryness, treatments, and previous consultations, but none of those things are the reason for my review. I am not complaining about frizz. My complaint is that I came in with completely virgin hair, showed a clear inspiration photo, and specifically asked whether that result could be achieved in one session.
