I was asked to send pics of what hair color I would like and text them ..I did this and they said we will get back to you with an appt for strand test. Nope, 5 days later still no message!. Unprofessional!
Very kind staff and clients, they shared much knowledge to myself and my daughter as it was her first appointment for hair highlights. Facilities were very clean and orderly. My daughter had a great time and her hair turned out great! Thanks so much for the great experience.
I cannot say enough good things about Heather Wenman at Studio H Artist Group. We came to Heather after my daughter received a very poor, technically unsound haircut elsewhere the day before. Her hair had been over-texturized, the shape was wrong, and it had been left looking thin and damaged. To make matters worse, we are leaving for Italy in a matter of days, and my daughter works in the acting industry, so maintaining her hair and having it look polished and camera-ready is genuinely important.
