I ordered a bouquet for my wedding and when we went to pick it up on the morning of the wedding day, they weren’t aware of my order, even after it was confirmed over email and I paid a deposit. The person working in the store made the bouquet right away and gave us a discount and a boutonnière for free but it was a big hiccup on my wedding day. The bouquet was nice though
