I had a lovely haircut experience with Joia! She is friendly, attentive, professional, and very skilled. I have thick, wavy, voluminous hair and came in looking to trim the dead ends and add layers. I had such a lovely experience with Farah! I was looking for someone who truly understands dark brown hair, and she gave me the most beautiful warm chocolate balayage that blends perfectly and complements my skin tone so well.
