I just got yelled and sworn at by Junior for canceling our membership after my son and I were increasingly harassed. I was an employee of his other gym, NAF, for a short time as well so have seen both sides and can say he is very unprofessional and inappropriate. We were members for 6 months and I can say I feel so relieved now that I don’t have to be worried about running into Junior while working out. I wish I would have quit sooner.
Dont bother with the massage. This is the therapist. I am no longer at this location but JR refused to take my page off.
There was nothing wrong with the gym itself however, I have been attempting to cancel my membership since feb and still receiving invoices and obtaining a balance. When I take the appropriate Channels to cancel since no one is ever working at the gym or answers the phone the only way is email. I have now emailed the appropriate email monthly as to why I am still being charged each month I’m told I won’t be charged again and it continues to happen.
