I am a 78 year old woman who, two years ago, could barely walk up a flight of stairs and was spending a lot of time doing physical therapy to regain some strength. After researching the gyms in Richmond Hill, I discovered the Forever Fit program at Studio Fit and began working with Brandon. Although I never thought I would enjoy weight training, I have found the program and Brandon to have worked "miracles." If you are hesitating about starting a fitness program, please give this one a try -- it could save your life!!
What a wonderful 3 years for both my kids! We want to thank Brandon for always taking care of my teenagers. I highly recommend Studio Fit Personal Training. Fitness Instructor Brandon is awesome and very patient! The workouts are customized to fit your fitness level and goals. No Cookie Cutter works out here! I started working out 7 months ago with almost no knowledge of the equipment or proper training techniques. Since that time, I've lost weight, gained muscle mass, and improved my BMI in a steady and controlled way. If you want to improve your overall fitness, give Studio Fit a try!
I started at studio fit weighing 197lbs and no real understanding of weight lifting or how to lose fat and build muscle.
